Bon Vivant Baskets reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, as well as change the fee structure for products and services offered on our web site at any time.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:All fruit gifts have shipping restrictions. To ensure maximum freshness of our Fruit Baskets, we do not ship fruit if they will be in transit over the weekend.

To preserve freshness and quality of fruit, during hot weather months we can only ship fruit baskets to zones 1 and 2 via UPS Ground. All other zones require Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air shipment options.
We ship Nationwide and to Canada using UPS. Check individual baskets for shipping fees. Please check shipping address carefully. We can guarantee delivery only to the address we are given.
Personal Delivery in Athens, GA and surrounding areas is available.
If you are placing an order for multiple shipping locations, please place all the items you are ordering in the shopping cart, list one of the addresses in the designated area, and list the rest of the addresses in the comment area on the bottom of the checkout page. Most gift baskets are shipped 1 business day after order was received, Monday through Friday. During holidays the turnaround shipping time may increase to 2-3 business days. Please plan accordingly.
If you feel that the gift basket may not reach your recipient in time because you are ordering too close to a deadline, we can send them an E-Card letting them know that your gift is on its way. Please click HERE to see how it works.
We offer shipping to all APO and FPO addresses. However, all these shipments take one to two additional days to ship out. In addition there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims will be honored for shipments to APO or FPO addresses.
Shipping to Canada We offer shipping to all Canadian addresses via UPS. Shipments may take one extra day to ship out. However, no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims will be honored.
CLAIMS & RETURNS
If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy, Bon Vivant Baskets will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your satisfaction.
Please check shipping address carefully. We can guarantee delivery only to the address we are given. If the gift is returned to us as undeliverable, 20% restocking fee will deducted from your refund. Shipping charge is non-refundable.

Due to Summer heat, gifts containing chocolate will only be available with Overnight or Second Day Air shipping as well as local delivery. For regular UPS Ground shipments chocolate items will be replaced with non-chocolate foods of equal or greater value.
All perishable gifts will ship Monday - Wednesday ONLY to ensure the gift does not spend time in transfer over the weekend .
